Ace Media ("we," "us") builds websites and manages advertising for local businesses. This page explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain English on purpose.
What we collect
When you fill out the contact form on our site, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. That's it — we don't ask for anything else, and browsing the site doesn't require giving us any information.
How we use it
- To respond to your audit request and contact you about our services.
- To keep a record of our conversation if you become a client.
We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties for their own marketing.
Where your information goes
Form submissions are delivered to us through Zapier (an automation service) and stored in our private records (Google Workspace tools such as Sheets and Gmail). If you purchase a package, payment is processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
Cookies & tracking
This website does not set its own tracking cookies. Two things to know:
- Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when the page loads.
- If we run advertising campaigns in the future, pages may include Meta (Facebook) or Google ad pixels to measure ad performance. Those platforms have their own privacy policies governing that data.
Your choices
Want your information removed from our records? Email us at acmediaus1@gmail.com and we'll delete it. No hoops, no waiting period.

Examples, statistics, and calculators on this site (including the ROI calculator and lead funnel) are illustrations, not guarantees. Marketing results vary by market, budget, season, and business. We commit to transparent reporting of real numbers — we do not promise specific outcomes.
